Lightspire is self-serve: the owner sets up their voice agent in the dashboard, and our support team answers questions by email at support@lightspire.ai.

Yes. The reseller program is for IT providers, MSPs, agencies, phone and telco resellers and consultants who offer Lightspire to their clients.
