What Lightspire does
Lightspire is an AI voice agent for Australian small businesses. It answers a business's phone on an Australian number, books jobs and appointments into the owner's calendar, takes messages and keeps a transcript and summary of every call. Owners set it up themselves in the dashboard, and it says it's an AI assistant if a caller asks. Plans are priced by talking time, and bookings, customers and call records are stored in Sydney.
