Update your card and get invoices
Keep your card current so your voice agent never stops for a declined payment, and download your invoices whenever your bookkeeper asks.
Before you start
- You're the account owner. Only the owner sees Billing.
- You've paid at least once. Before your first payment there's no card or invoice to show.
Four steps
Open Billing
In the sidebar, under Account, click Billing. Stay on the Plan and usage tab.
Update your card
Scroll to Payment method. It shows your saved card's brand, last four digits and expiry date. Click Update card (or Add a card if there isn't one), enter the new card in the secure Stripe form, and save. You'll see "Card saved".

Open your invoices
Click Invoices at the top right of the Billing page. Stripe's billing page opens in the same tab, showing your invoice history, your card, and your plan. Click an invoice to view or download it as a PDF. When you're finished, use the link back to Lightspire to return to Billing.
Check your talking time history
The Minute history tab lists every change to your talking time: each call, each renewal, each top-up and any promo code, with the date and the minutes added or used. It's handy for checking a busy week against your invoice.
Payment method shows your new card's last four digits and expiry, and you've downloaded the invoices you need from Invoices.
If something's not right
Billing says "Payment overdue"
Your last payment didn't go through, and you'll have had an email titled "Your Lightspire payment did not go through". Update your card as above. Stripe tries the payment again; once it's paid, the badge goes back to Active.
"We couldn't open your invoices and plan settings"
Stripe's page didn't open. Wait a moment and click Invoices again. We've been told about it automatically.
There's no Invoices button
It appears after your first payment. On the free trial there's nothing to invoice yet.
