Webhooks
Events for a finished call, a message taken, a booking made, cancelled or moved, and a new customer, each signed to the Standard Webhooks spec and retried if your server doesn't answer.
API keys
Create and revoke keys from your dashboard. Read calls (transcripts on request), customers and bookings, and create bookings that follow the same rules as your agent.

Connect it
- Open Integrations in your dashboard.
- Under Webhooks, add your endpoint's https address and choose its events; copy its signing secret, shown once.
- Under API keys, create a key and copy it, shown once.
- Read the API reference and send a test event.
Good to know
- Webhooks and full API keys come with the Growth and Pro plans, once the free trial has ended.
- Recordings are never sent in a webhook: the dashboard link plays them.
