Lightspire + Microsoft Outlook

Bookings in your Outlook calendar, next to your meetings

Connect Outlook and your AI voice agent reads your calendar before offering a time, then adds each booking to it. It works with personal Outlook.com accounts and Microsoft 365 work or school accounts.

Free demo, then 14 days on a real Australian number. No card needed. Plans from A$49 a month.

All integrations

What it does

  • Never offers a busy time

Busy times in your default Outlook calendar are never offered to callers.

  • Adds every booking

Bookings from calls, and ones you add on the Bookings page, appear in Outlook named with the service and the customer.

  • Cancels stay in step

Cancel a booking on the Bookings page and it's removed from Outlook too.

  • Work accounts welcome

Microsoft 365 accounts work too. Some organisations only let their IT admin approve new apps; once they do, you connect as normal.

Connect it

  1. Open Integrations in your dashboard.
  2. Press Connect next to Outlook Calendar and sign in with your Microsoft account.
  3. Accept what Lightspire asks for: it reads and writes your calendar.
  4. Ring your Lightspire number and book a test appointment.

Connect Outlook, step by step

Good to know

  • Lightspire uses your default Outlook calendar. Events in other or shared calendars aren't checked.
  • If your calendar can't be read during a call, your agent takes the caller's details for a call-back instead of booking.
