Lightspire + Google Calendar
Bookings straight into your Google Calendar
Connect Google Calendar and your AI voice agent checks it before offering a time, then adds the booking with the service and the customer's name. You keep working from the calendar you already use.
Free demo, then 14 days on a real Australian number. No card needed. Plans from A$49 a month.
All integrationsWhat it does
Never offers a busy time
Busy times in your main Google calendar are never offered to callers, alongside your opening hours and the bookings Lightspire already holds.
Adds every booking
A booking your agent takes on a call, or one you add on the Bookings page, appears in Google Calendar, named with the service and the customer, like “Check-up and clean: Sam Lee”.
Cancels stay in step
Cancel a booking on the Bookings page and it's removed from Google Calendar too.
One calendar per agent
With more than one location, each agent connects its own calendar, so each one books its own diary.
Connect it
- Open Integrations in your dashboard.
- Press Connect next to Google Calendar and sign in to Google.
- Allow everything Lightspire asks for: it needs your busy times and to add and remove the bookings it makes.
- Ring your Lightspire number and book a test appointment.
Good to know
- An event you add straight into Google Calendar blocks that time for callers, but doesn't show on the Bookings page.
- If your calendar can't be read during a call, no time is offered: your agent takes the caller's details for a call-back instead of guessing.
