Reads your busy times
Times booked on your Calendly page, and busy times in the calendars you've linked to Calendly, are never offered to callers. This works on any Calendly plan.
Adds phone bookings
When a caller gives an email, the booking is added to your Calendly event type, and Calendly sends them its own confirmation. This needs a paid Calendly plan.
Tells you when it can't
If a booking can't go into Calendly, for example the caller gave no email, it stays on your Bookings page and in your other calendars, and the Integrations page says why.
Connect it
- Make sure you have an active event type in Calendly.
- Open Integrations in your dashboard and press Connect next to Calendly.
- Sign in to Calendly and allow what Lightspire asks for.
- Make a test call and check a time booked on Calendly isn't offered.
Good to know
- Only callers who give an email can be added to Calendly. A booking that isn't added leaves that time open on your Calendly page.
- Lightspire books into one Calendly event type.
