- Can I keep my business number?Yes. Your number stays yours. You divert it to your Lightspire number, and switch the divert off any time.
- What happens when my minutes run out?Callers hear a short "try again later" message until you top up or your plan renews. We email you before it happens.
- Where is my data kept?Bookings, customers, transcripts and summaries are in Sydney. Recordings are with our voice platform in the United States.
